Facility Management Professional Course

IFMA’s Facility Management Professional (FMP®) is a knowledge-based credential for Facility Management professionals, those who work with FM’s and those who work in related industries looking to increase their depth-of-knowledge in the core FM topics deemed critical by employers. The Facility Management Professional (FMP) is designed for facility professionals looking to strengthen their hard and soft skills in facility management.

This course teaches and assesses your comprehension of topics in these four foundation knowledge domains and skills:

Operations and Maintenance
Project Management
Finance and Business
Leadership and Strategy

FMP® is updated and aligned with the most recent IFMA global job task analysis, ensuring that it teaches and tests the knowledge deemed critical and demanded by employers globally.

By completing the course, you will have successfully pursued the educational curriculum necessary to obtain the designation, built your skills and abilities to meet or exceed industry-wide standards, and broadened your knowledge and professional networks in the FM industry.

The class will be conducted live over Zoom, students are required to attend all 12 classes. There will be an online MCQ assessment at the end of each module. Upon passing all 4 assessments, you can apply for the FMP credentials.

For non SIFMA corporate member or non IFMA Singapore Chapter member, the course fee is $3,000 SGD
For SIFMA corporate member or IFMA Singapore Chapter member, the course fee is $2,500 SGD
