Certified in AI Governance, Risk Management and Strategy (Governance)
This 2-day programme equips Built Environment and facilities management professionals to implement AI ethically, safely and legally in highly regulated operating environments. Learners will examine AI governance, risk management and strategy through the lens of data privacy, workplace and building safety, cyber-physical security, regulatory compliance, and responsible technology adoption across smart buildings, facilities operations, ESG reporting, maintenance, security, and asset management.
Using case discussions, demonstrations, simulations and practical assessment, learners will evaluate AI use cases such as predictive maintenance, computer vision safety monitoring, contractor compliance analytics, visitor access intelligence, energy optimisation, automated incident reporting, and regulatory intelligence. Emphasis is placed on managing risks before deployment: personal data protection, bias and fairness, explainability, auditability, safety assurance, building security, vendor accountability, and cross-border regulatory exposure.
