Infrared Thermal Inspections for M&E Maintenance and Building Inspections

This 1.5-day course introduces the core applications of infrared thermography through a structured 4T Framework — Temperature, Tool, Target, and Technique. Participants will develop a clear, working understanding of how thermal imaging systems operate, how materials and environmental conditions influence measurements, and how to adopt a disciplined, field-ready inspection approach. Through guided hands-on demonstrations and real-world case studies, this course shows how infrared fundamentals are applied across M&E systems and building inspections.
